Consultation on "Regulations on the Protection of Big Bear Mountain National Forest Park in Loudi City (Review of the Third Draft)"
In order to protect the ecological environment and human, historical and cultural resources of the Big Bear Mountain National Forest Park, develop forest eco-tourism, promote the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable economic and social development, on May 16, the Municipal Justice Bureau convened "Regulations (Examination of the Third Draft)" for comments and provincial symposium on research and proposals on legislative proposals. Representatives of 14 relevant units including the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau, and the Municipal Forestry Bureau attended the meeting, and the Municipal People's Congress was invited to send representatives to the meeting for guidance. The meeting was presided over by Liu Shengchun, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Loudi Judicial Bureau.
At the meeting, the participants spoke enthusiastically, based on the department's responsibilities, pointed out the problems existing in the protection and management of the Big Bear Mountain National Forest Park, conducted an in-depth discussion on how to strengthen the protection through legislation, and discussed the "Regulations on the Protection of Big Bear Mountain National Forest Park in Loudi ( (Review of the Third Draft) "put forward many practical suggestions that are beneficial to the conservation and development of the Big Bear Mountain National Forest Park.
It is reported that in order to better complete the legislative work of the "Regulations on the Protection of the Big Bear Mountain National Forest Park in Loudi City", in the early stage of the meeting, Loudi City Judicial Bureau and a group of more than 10 people went to Big Bear Mountain to conduct a 4-day field investigation activity. The outstanding problems that caused the destruction of the scenic area resources such as random construction, burial, and environmental pollution were investigated and understood in detail. The local residents and the public listened to social conditions and public opinions, and laid a solid foundation for the true realization of scientific and democratic legislation.
Liu Shengchun said that the next step will be to sort out the opinions and suggestions put forward by the participants, make another targeted modification and improve it, and submit it to the next round of review and discussion in accordance with the procedures to ensure the quality of administrative legislation. Participants also submitted written research materials to the Municipal Judicial Bureau on strengthening administrative legislation and soliciting proposals for provincial legislation.
